Conflict, Cooperation, Collaboration, all are facets of relationships between genders, races, cultures, nations.
Stereotypes suggest that men and women are different and have difficulty working together. Tension between the genders is pandered to in popular culture and creates a schism that has to be negotiated before individuals who should naturally work well together can find their common ground. “Meeting of the Minds” symbollically sugests that we start from the mindset that we all share the same objectives of peace, happiness, caring, and love. We need to embrace the idea that even if someone looks or speaks differently their underlying objectives mirror our own
