TRI-again

A dynamic tabletop sculpture, marble on marble.   Mounted on a turning pin, a triangular shape with each four sided leg of the triangle having a 90 degree twist.   If you touch the triangle and begin a journey around the sculpture following the face as it goes through the twists, how many circuits of the triangle must you make before you return to your starting point again?
