ArtEast Open Studio Tour 2020

Looking for something to do on Oct. 17-18 and Oct. 24-25? Rock and A Soft Place Studios is the place to be. Bob’s stone studio and Karen’s metal studio will be open to visitors during the annual ArtEast Open Studio Tour (Note: Karen’s fiber studio will be open by appointment only so contact her directly if you are interested in her fiber work).

This is the 10th year for Bob and Karen Madden as a studio stop on the ArtEast tour and though it’s been a challenge, they are working on making this the best tour possible under the covid-19 circumstances.

Karen is celebrating her first full year of working in her new metal studio creating many new metal sculptures. She’s even created sculpture garden next to the the studio. Bob might slip in a few of his stone sculptures, too. You don’t even have to go into the studios to see their works of art.

So, bring your masks and your social distancing skills to enjoy a relaxing autumn day.
